Karen Senglaub, PT
Karen is a physical therapist with 18 years of clinical experience in orthopedics. She has a background in athletic training and has worked with numerous orthopedic surgeons to develop post-operative physical therapy protocols for the knee. Karen focuses on getting to know her patients so that she can help them return to the activities that are important to them. She believes that patient education is an integral part of physical therapy and spends time with her patients to establish home programs that will help them achieve their goals.
Dianne Raney, PT, Cert.MDT
Dianne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1990 from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. She has spent the majority of her career in the Rochester area.
She enjoys the variety of treating orthopedic conditions from head to toe, with special interest in headaches and orofacial pain. Her certification in mechanical diagnosis and treatment (McKenzie treatment approach) enables her to perform a comprehensive evaluation for spine and extremity problems to pinpoint the best management for the disorder.
She expanded her practice in 2015 to include treatment of vestibular disorders, which includes vertigo and cervicogenic dizziness. She believes it is important to continue to learn and grow as a clinician and has more recently taken continuing education on pain neuroscience education and treatment for persistent pain.
Building a therapeutic alliance with her patients is essential for success. She is passionately committed to empowering her patients with tools and education to return to activities they love.
